Notes Do not send payment by mail after October 3, 2008. Bring payment to the conference and pay onsite. All attendee registrations are transferable. Cancellation requests received by September 30, 2008 in writing (or by email) will be refunded after November 17, 2008 (less a $50 administrative fee). No other refund requests can be honored.
